Post-rehab Personal Training is a great way to maintain the level of fitness you’ve gained through Physical Therapy. Our Personal Trainers will work in partnership with your Physical Therapist to make sure you are performing safe, effective exercises for your particular condition. This program is available for non-members, with no additional guest fee.
