Group Fitness

Our comprehensive group wellness programs are designed to help you feel motivated and supported while working toward your fitness goals. All levels are welcome, beginner and expert, to join in and get a great workout. Our group programs include Stretching, Pilates and strength/aerobic classes.

TRX

Using the TRX suspension trainers, get a low impact whole body workout that includes segments of cross training exercises to challenge your body.

Cardio Strength

Multi-joint strength exercises with segments of cardio intervals to maximize calorie burn, circuit style.

Pilates

Each class has a different focus revolving around core stabilization and strengthening, while connecting the mind and body.

Stretch & Flex (Free with membership)

A comprehensive low impact class combining breath work, flexibility, balance and strength.
